Before the Exam

  • Technical Requirements:
    • Ensure your device (computer or tablet) is fully charged or plugged in.

    • Install necessary software or applications as instructed by your institution (e.g., Zoom, online exam portal).
  • Environment Preparation:
    • Find a quiet, well-lit room where you will not be disturbed.
    • Ensure your workspace is clear of any unauthorized materials (e.g., textbooks, notes).
    • Inform your household members or roommates about your exam schedule to avoid interruptions.
  • Identity Verification:
    • Have a valid photo ID ready for identity verification.
    • Follow the steps to verify your identity as instructed by the exam proctor or platform.

During the Exam

  • Accessing the Exam:
    • Log in to the exam portal at the scheduled time.
    • Follow the prompts to begin the exam.
  • Proctoring and Monitoring:
    • Be aware that your exam might be monitored using webcam and screen sharing.
    • Ensure your webcam and microphone are functioning properly.
